Service operations

This is the real hub of activity in the company. Monitoring of planning, booking, scheduling and execution of flights, are decided in this service, in accordance with the billing, maintenance, Chief Pilot or his Assistant under the supervision of the Director of Operations.

With full up-to-date documentation, operators can easily plan, organize and coordinate a national or international flight.

The majority are bilingual and the team is operational 24 hours a day in this service at the heart of our company operations.

Equipped with a VHF and UHF radio, satellite phone, Tracking System and Roaming, all possible means enabling the team to easily monitor and record the position and the movement of aircraft around the world and if necessary, establish liaising with the crews.

Some aircraft have a range of services in full flight, in particular, the possibility for the customer to make phone calls where he chooses.

However, although examples remain rare, it should be noted that lost time or delays may be caused by the closure of the destination airport or by weather.
