Security

Instilling a new dynamism in the private aviation business, SN2AG, very quickly understood the need to have security standards to ensure quality service and maintaining a reputation as an internationally recognized leader.

Some daily security measures:

• Restricted access aircraft hangars;
• Secure rooms with controlled access;
• Security officers control passage at control points, with access restricted to authorized personnel.
• Mandatory badge for all staff
• Permanent surveillance of aircraft.
• Passengers who are not known to the crew, are systematically checked.
• Checking and systematic screening of luggage before and after each flight.

Safety

In accordance with new concepts of safety in the international aviation community, SN2AG has proven their willingness to promote an aviation business that is becoming safer for its aircraft, facilities, staff and especially its customers.

The Safety Management System (SMS) is applied and since December 2007, SN2AG is part of the IATA IOSA certification programme.

Quality

Essential for the proper functioning of any structure on an international level, SN2AG, takes pride in the quality of service offered to its customers.

From the operations to the products, this goal requires lots of discipline, effectiveness and above all, qualified personnel.

Periodic internal audits, take into account, compliance with all such procedures and international requirements in force and thereby allow us to acquire the concepts of quality, essential for the proper functioning of our society.

Quality specialists contribute through training of our personnel to the establishment and implementation of quality systems.

SN2AG, receives more than 15 external audits from civil aviation authorities, specialized agencies recognized around the world, including petroleum, mining, insurance and airline companies.
